Disgusting customer service Standard Bank Stellenbosch
We have been having a terrible experience with Standard Bank, especially the Stellenbosch branch, for most of this year. We have been loyal clients of Standard Bank and have asked for assistance in ***** on one of our business bank accounts and Standard Bank has just ignored us. ***** was committed on the same day on our ABSA card and they assisted us immediately and the matter was resolved within 1 day. We are very very unhappy with Standard Bank and will not recommend any business or private client to make use of them.
