Disgusting customer service from Standard Bank

On Monday 7 January 2019 I went to deposit money into my account at Standard Bank in Westgate Mall, Mitchell's Plain, a portion of the money and my bank card got stuck inside the atm machine. I then waited 20 minutes for a consultant to come and assist me. I went into the bank to log a service request and haven't received feedback since! I have made numerous phone calls and still haven't gotten positive feedback. I'd nothing is being done about this matter asap I will put this on Facebook as well

I am definitely changing my bank provider. Standard bank has puterate customer service
