Disgusting customer service and high level of incompetence

Standard Bank is the most disappointing bank with the most disgusting service I’ve ever experienced- it’s been like that for years. I had a personal loan which I paid up in April 2020, it has been showing that it’s in areas - I phoned STD bank numerous times from 2021 until recently - I communicated with them and clearly requested that they update the credit bureau that the account is paid as it currently impacts negatively in my profile and also requested that they send me a paid up letter so that I personally update it myself as they failed to do it after requesting them to do so. You send emails and they are ignored, not even a response. Im very disappointed in this Bank - such a big bank but very *********** and unprofessional. My credit profile is compromised because of their incompetence. Im so disgusted by their poor customer service
