Disgusting Client Experience
I am in distress due to the service received from Standard Bank. I have a loan with them and missed 3 payments due to my partner losing his job and having to takeover. I went to the branch to find out what I can do in this situation and I was told to make a call because they cant assist. I called and couldn't get through to an agent. No one from Standard called me to find out why I have missed payments and what can be done. Suddenly I am getting calls from Lawyers telling me that my account is handed over. They have been debiting since May but my account is still with lawyers and are threatening to blacklist me.
This is the worst experience and I have been a loyal client. I'm so disappointed.
