Disgusting and poor service standards!

waited over 2 hours at bedford centre standard bank to fix a credit card which was negligently issued and not correctly dealt with on the first visit. The cues are poorly handled and nobody really knows whats going on. The staff are always out on lunch and customers always look frustrated and angry.
