Disgusting and pathetic service

I wrote a review 15th September about their pathetic service. Nobody has bothered to call me from their vehicle finance department. They were quick to list me on ITC for non payment I had no idea about and forwarded my account to their attorney's who also has no answers for me.

All they good at is shifting the blame to other departments. If collections department has no answers for me then who did settlement amount on my car and who forwarded my account to attorneys after settlement amount was paid per quotation.

Maybe it's time I also contact my attorneys to fix this mess. You are disgusting will never refer anyone I love to take finance from you.
