disgusting and no feed back

i made a reversal dat was due on the 18 nothing happened no one called me to tell me wats going on i phoned them more more that 5 times everytime i was told a specialist is gonna call me back nothing and then again i was told my quirie will be resolved by the 27th and still nothing is happening and no one is calling me back to tell me what is going on im even changing banks they are so incompitent
