Disgusted with Standard Bank

Pathetic service from Home Loans, bank put me on an unauthorised payment holiday without my concent. I have tried for 3 months to remove myself off this payment holiday without any luck, despite numerous phone calls. I am so disgusted that a bank can do this without their customers consent. Beware, they now have charged me higher interest on my balance due to this....
