Disgusted service

I have requested bank statements form last year. The request was done, when I went to the bank today, I have been told that the query has been cancelled. They now say that I can only get these tomorrow, what **** service is this that I don't even have access to my own statements. I want these today as I have taken a day off from work to sort stuff out. Your system problems is not my problem. I will also be changing banks because of your super great service. Thanks. The Branch manager did try and assist me, but said that can only happen tomorrow, I dont have time for that. Sort this out now.
