Disgusted in Std Bank yet again

Yet again I find myself writing on hello peter about standard bank. They have blocked my account after more than a year of having the account saying I have not FICA'd my account. How can I have been using the account for over a year without it being FICA'd???? I have made several complaints about the Clearwater branch not doing their jobs they are employed to do and now i cannot access my account. This is totally unacceptable! I will be changing banks as I do not need this from *********** people.
