DISGUSTED IN STANDARD BANK HELDERBERG BRANCH !!!!!!!

I am disgusted in the service for Standard Bank Helderberg Branch. Their customer service Stinks, i have a business account and am struggling to make payments, Open a new saving account. their staff couldn't care less. i have a string of emails dating back to December 2024 where i couldn't make payments and actually lost out of paying for stock so that my business could carry on. do you think they cared .. ZERO , nothing. Mangers can only apologies. I'm so disgusted in Helderberg Branch ... there is no direct number to speak to a business banker .
