Disgusted

My folks investment account expires tomorrow. I sent a message yesterday asking if they could please get a Portuguese consultant from STD to contact them as they would like to reinvest and give the instruction telephonically. Last year we were at the Bedford Gardens branch for 2 hours, the previous year an hour.. As elderly citizens they will not be going in to sit for that period of time especially during this Covid 19 period. I then had the STD representative on social media telling me they were looking for a Portuguese consultant to call yesterday and this morning received a message stating they tried to call but they were unable to get hold of my dad. This is utter nonsense as they have been home and no incoming calls are reflecting on their call log. This is just becoming totally unacceptable.

The investment matures tomorrow and no instruction has been given!!!
