Disgusted customer - Standard Bank

I've been with Standard Bank for over 50 years and am utterly disgusted with their service! I asked for a TEMPORARY overdraft facility over the Covid period just to accommodate my debit orders! Not a single response! Besides the ridiculous surcharge for the debit orders which were not honored, they have the guts to charge me a further R69.00 per month for a OVERDRAFT service fee!! So......for a debit order valued at R350.00 I have to pay an ADDITIONAL R200.00 levy! Nice going Standard bank - you will be losing ANOTHER customer! Will rather go to another bank who are actually interested in their customers!
