Disgusted customer service
When I was working every month without fail I paid my loan and my insurance. I got retrenched because of covid and took documents to Std bank. The insurance paid out for 6 months but every time I get my uif they deduct the loan amount. This month I called 5 times to reverse this and every time I get the run around. Again today I called for the 6th time and my money is still not reversed, this is going on from the 7th if this month. In all honesty I will not recommend anyone to Std bank
