Disgusted by standard bank service

Absolutely disgusting service, they are extremely quick to want payment and add enormous amounts of interest. It's been already 3weeks that I have paid of two major accounts and all I wanted is a paid up letter that I need to submit somewhere and they cannot do that. They do get back to, debt review services is pathetic and surely waiting to charge me for something again. Help is needed urgently!!!!!
