Disgusted by Standard Bank nxa
Long story short, I am sitting on a negative R1400 in my account,because Standard Bank decided to debit an incorrect amount! I called and told them the statement stated an amount of R822! The guy that assisted me,Simphiwe gave me the lamest excuse,please note that everytime I get statement from them of the amount I pay every month,he told me the money will be reversed and nothing will be deducted however I’m still waiting,I have other obligations with that money! I want my money returned as in yesterday,I am very unhappy infact angry! Sort the problem out because you sent a statement then go ahead an debit An amount that was not on the statement!
