Disgusted by Standard bank

I cant believe , I Bought 10gig' of Data on My standard bank App. Money was desucted. And Nothing reflected. I Then called my Network service provider to make sure if its not on their side. Then i called Standard Bank Customer care and log a Fault . Shockingly i have to wait for A week to have the issue Sorted. So quick to Take money and so long to resolve a simple issue. Terrible Service. Not to mention the Bad service i Received at the Branch in Cresta mall. End off Month with One Teller. So here is my Reference Number if someone out there is interested in Helping.
