Disgusted by lack of feedback

I've called Standard bank now for the last week, asking them to increase my existing RCP loan. They keep saying a sales agent will be in contact the following day. It has been a week now...For one of the leading financial institutions in the continent, you are ********** in customer service, follow up and feedback! I sincerely am considering moving to your other top 3 competitors if this is what I am getting from my current bank.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Appalled Customer
