Disgusted!!!

I have now received an SMS from MBD stating that they have issued me with a summons for a freaking account that has been closed for over 5-8 years - i have asked for feedback and an investigation and nothing - no feedback from Standard bank at all - i do not see why i have to pay this money and now standard bank the **** Bank they are have now also put my name up and i cannot receive credit, this is disgusting that i cannot get any feedback from this stupid bank - i have never in my life dealt with this **** before - why am i being bul**** by this bank for an account that has been closed years ago!!!!!! I need a good lawyer to fight this bank and get this sorted - please advise if someone has a good attorney?
