Disgust and total frustration on Account ***

First I had to get harassing sms and e-mail messages stopped by STD Bank after my account was closed with them years ago. After lodging numerous complaints and receiving confirmation of closed account with no outstanding amounts on my account I thought my nightmare was over. Now I am listed and indicated as owing Standard Bank money....FOR WHAT? WHY? I am so stressed as this has affected my credit scoring...in turn it is affecting my life! I received a reference number after *** & *** and indicating that they need a week for investigation and resolution! I am gong out of my mind with worry - I am thinking of now asking the Ombudsman to get involved or open up a lawsuit.... I cannot take the lack of competence and no care attitude of this Bank.
