Disgust

I would like to know since when can the bank just take your hard earned money from your account without any arrangement. And when you have to get your money its as if you committed a serious crime. We all have debt and the worst that you can do is take food out of my kids mouth. I called your call centre and for almost two weeks no one gets back to me and when I go to a branch I'm given the same damn call centre number. Today when I called again I was put on hold for flippen 30 minutes just to get told that the person dealing with my quiry is not available. I could not pay anything and buy food in my house now we are in a new month now how is that service. The next thing you will tell me I owe you forgetting about this inconveniences caused by you.
