Disgruntled private banking and business banking customer !

Home Loan Account Number: ********** 34 I held a bond with two other parties, however I was the bond payer. This property was sold and registered to the new owner on the 30th of September 2016. On the 4th of October 2016 I called the SBSA Home Loans department, because there is an amount of R32 025.17 overpaid on the bond. I was advised that it takes 7 to 10 days for the refund to be paid. When I called the SBSA Home Loans department today I was told that the account is under debt review, I was then transferred to the debt review department and was told that one of the parties went under debt review and that I now need to submit an application for the refund to be paid to me and that this can take anything from 8 working days. The two calls took over an hour just to be told ‘send an email’. I am still waiting for Denise White from the Debt Review department to contact me. I am NOT under debt review and I was not made aware of any debt review applications ! I was the one paying this bond !
