Disgruntled & dismayed client

I recently lost R5000, which was deposited into my account on the 4th June 2025 at standard bank due to someone's negligence. I reported it to them and I was handed to the ***** department. I had to go to the police station get an affidavit which I submitted to them. It took them around 5 weeks to reply and still inform me they can't find the money, as "they did their job" . The agent was not very cooperative. He said if u not happy with his results, u can contact another person to further assist me. I have contacted the bank again but I have not received any feedback from them till date.
