Disgruntled

On the 1st September 2015 i paid Standard bank R473 977.75 in order to settle my home loan account, but the following month till today standard bank still continues to make debit orders on my account. At some point i went to close off the account from which they debit but it was reopened again by them. I went to quiry this at Standard bank as to why are they still taking money from my account when i have settled the loan account, I was told that the money i paid was put in their bucket account and i was never told why, i don't even know that such an account exist. They told me that they will reverse the money back into the Absa account and i will have to repay the money to settle it. They told me this after 4 months of having this squabble with them. Question is who will pay for the months that the money was sitting in their bucket account without informing me

Peter R473 977 is a lot of money which i did not have. I have had to resign from work in order to be able to have that kind of cash. I have worked for 26 years in order to have that kind of cash. Now Standard bank is toying with it. You cant imagine the kind of stress this has given me. Please help me, Please!!!
