Disgraceful - service non existent - don’t even consider banking with them!

Service is non-existent. They have closed so many branches and removed so many ATMs that you need to set aside at least a full day to do things that require a visit to a branch. You need to drive around, sometimes for hours, to find an ATM that works. When you complain and demand service, they never apologise, basically shrug it off, and more often than not don’t even attempt to resolve the problem. And I bank with their Private Bank! What an absolute joke.
