Disgraceful lack of service
The Eastgate branch is an absolute disgrace. Was issued with a ticket over two hours ago and the staff are unable to tell me when I will be attended to. Needless to say the staff are rude and unhelpful - most seem more pre-occupied with their cellphones than serving customers
