Disgrace !!!
Standard Bank GREENSTONE is an absolute disgrace !!! I fully understand that the branch may only have a certain amount of people in the bank at any time, due to COVID-19. What I cannot understand is why MR Delivery and Uber Eats gets priority. After Queing for three hours only to discover the manager only assigned one teller to assist approximately 80 clients. Seriously are we as customers trying to deposit money such an inconvenience to the bank.
