Discusting service!!!!!
I HAVE TRIED GETTING HOLD OF STANDARD BANK SINCE MIDDLE JUNE.
I WENT INTO THE BANK AS WELL REQUESTING MY CAR INSTALLEMENT TO BE FREEZED FOR 3 MONTHS.
I HAD NO FEEDBACK OR CALL SINCE THEN.
I HAVE PROVIDED THEM WITH MY RETRENCHMENT LETTER, STILL NO FEEDBACK.
I AM FED UP WITH THIS PATHETIC SERVICE.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR AUTO RESPONSE ON THIS MESSAGE STATING YOU WILL GET BACK TO YOU, BECAUSE YOU DONT!!!!!!!
