Discouraged entrepreneur

I've been banking with standard bank for years personal and business to my surprise when I want to buy a house personal account they declined my application. I'm so shattered by this because I don't want to go to other banks. And even during covid shutdown I never struggle to paythem.

I've app**** for a business car it was also declined as a small business I'm so discouraged as my capability was questioned mind that I paid settlement of the other that was involved in an accident. I always pay my debts with them but I have hit the Rock. How do I grow as small company when I apply for assistance at my bank they declined everything that I apply for. Standard bank will discouraged entrepreneurs trying to grow their business.
