Disastrous service
I have asked consecutive months that my debit orders be changed to the 7th.
I have emailed, I have called, I have gone into the branch.
The amount getting debited is R196. 71. Then I also get nailed with an over draught fee of R69.
This has been an on going matter for months.
I want all that money refunded to me, as you are messing with my credit scoring. As well as billing me after asking numerous times to change the debit.
