Disappointment ONCE AGAIN! Debit order for MONDAY 27th taken today 24th!

It's the 24th of April 2020 and my Standard Bank RCP loan was deducted... I have my debit order set for the 27th of each month, which in this case, is MONDAY. It looks like STB just keeps on disappointing me lately. I still had a little money left in my account, which I need to use for food /fuel, etc. So NOW, my account is past it's Overdraft limit, ONCE again, Thanks to Standard Bank!

This usually happens over a December period! I am not happy about this, because now I will get charged MORE OverDraft interest! Also where am I supposed to get the money that was left in my account?? The one who let the debit order of, give me their contact so I can phone them if I need to buy something!

Thanks! Contact me TODAY, 24 APRIL 2020 regarding this!!!

I called Standard Bank Customer care, was told that I need to hold on for the loan department... Spoke to the agent and then was asked while she phones the loans department, the call eventually cut!

So now I am having to waste airtime on something that isn't even my fault, I will probably have to make Standard Bank happy by using their credit card to buy electricity or be without it until my Salary is hopefully paid in by tomorrow or Sunday! Yeah Standard Bank, Monday the 27th is a public holiday, but you keep on assuming that there is funds in a customer's account, even it there is, then you take it, who is to say that they didn't need the funds that is in that account.

This is VERY Unprofessional of you and you will pay my overdraft costs this month for the inconvenience caused. I will probably not get the funds refunded to my account before C.O.B today, so it's no use to even try and fight this. It happens every time and Standard Bank does not seem to care enough about their customers to respect the times each customer gets the salary paid in to their account.

I will be looking at moving to another bank...
