Disappointing service
I have settled my standard Bank RCP loan last year already and was closed . 3 months back the loan was re-opened and keeps accumulating interest and my credit score keeps going down because of this account. I have contacted their RCP loans department and spoke to Lerato . I was sent a paid up letter proving that my loan was paid up. To my surprise this account is still open to date and busy accumulating interest. This is totally unacceptable and it's inconveniencing . My life is on hold because my profile is a mess ....all my accounts are up to date . I need this rectified ASAP . This is annoying.
