Disappointing service.
I am so dissapointed with standard bank and I am closing the credit card I have with them.
I app**** for a credit card and gave in all the documents needed and even went to the bank with all the documents needed. The card is over 2 months old and the bank has not debited from my account and I am currently building my credit but the bank seem to destroy my credit score instead of building it!!.
Now I have to go stand in long queues and deposit because of their stupid service I'm getting. And trust me, I was planning on increasing my credit limit and make business with them but I honestly see that as a big mistake.
I am so dissapointed with standard bank as it was my number one bank.
