Disappointing online electricity prepaid

The online electricity pre-paid system of Standard bank is a gamble. Using it lives a customer with a 50:50 chance of losing his or her money and being refunded is not an option even if it is not a customer's culpa (faulty). This is so disappointing for such a well-known bank.
