Disappointing customer service
I honestly can't believe standard bank, I have complained on every possible platform but their customer service is still pathetic. They say they'll assist with something next thing I have to always run around behind them. It's been two weeks now since they said they will help me as soon as possible. I should probably just change banks at this point.
