Disappointed with the service I received

<p>I have logged a query with them on the 06th received the firms that I was supposed to complete on the 09th, on the 10th I have called to find out if they have received the documents since I did not receive a notification that said they have received them. I was given a different email address to forward which I did.</p> <p>Yesterday I made a follow up and I was told that the call has been closed and that they will escalate the call to the person who closed the call to phone me and explain why the call closed. I am still waiting for an answer that I do not know when it will come. After close to 20 years banking with them and having faith in them I am shuttered.</p>
