Disappointed with standard bank

I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the customer care at standard bank trade route mall. I have been sitting waiting for assistance on a follow matter for over an hour and a half, meanwhile the consults keep overlooking me, patience is one thing, but being told to sit and wait and then being overlooked is completely unacceptable. I am still sitting. It's a good thing the is security footage for this behaviour. I am sure in the next half an hour I will be writing another review with the names of the consultants, who keep overlooking me.
