"Disappointed" Standard Bank Stellenbosch
Good day
I never knew I could take this further but I did ask questions regarding this matter and this is bothering me and I feel Highly upset .... I went to standard bank in Stellenbosch 2017 spoke to a lady with the name Tanja Conradie. I'm self employed and went for a house loan she did the application for me and everything was successful "prequalify" she came to a point where she mentioned that they can't take my application further because My check account was not an ongoing account which means she said I did not honoured the account but yet again as my knowledge I thought the cheque was long Time closed. I never received any letters or any emails from them to State that I have an open cheque account there. I literally can't even remember the day I went in to the branch to go and close the account.
