Disappointed loyal Standard Bank Client

So I have been banking with Standard bank for years over 6 years, I earn over 45k per month, I have been renting for 10 years now steady payment via my bank, my rent is never lower than R6k per month. When I apply for other credit like term loan and credit card they are more than willing to give you credit but how about investing into someone who has been a client for years instead of paying other people's bonds for them. I have tried several times all declined I was told I need to build my credit since I do everything cash. My problem with this issue is if Standard Bank has my monthly record for the past 7 years of me paying rent constantly of R7k per month surely I can afford some money to buy myself a property. Every time I query this issue I am told someone will call me or book appointment for me to go to bank to explain. VERY DISAPOINTED STANDARD BANK CLIENT.
