Disappointed in service

Recently my husband moved over to Standard Bank. His business account and personal account. We have now learnt that they did not handle any of his debit orders correctly because of some personal matter with the bank assistant who also now has resigned. Very unprofessional and not happy with the service he received. He has been trying to apply for our 2nd vehicle finance and he now has a bad credit record as for missed debit orders. We have also gone to the branch for assistance also confirming by them that they had sufficient to correct all debit orders but failed to do so.
