Disappointed

I have bought a car and I was financed by Standard Bank. So I was paying the car I even pay lump some on to finish it quicker because after I pay the lump some I was calling them not to reduce the installment I will continue paying the normal instalment. Now as for the 1st April the balance to be paid on the car was One thousand one hundred and few cents I can not recall. Standard Bank debited R3371.97 cents so they owe me Two thousand two hundred and some cents. I went to the branch on the 1st April I phoned vehicle finance department they told me it reflects on my statement that the bank debited but it does not reflect on their statement I must call Monday because it was Saturday. I went to the branch Monday and phone again vehicle finance. The lady told me now it does reflect and there is an amount that is due to me. They send me message for service request *** that will be paid on the 8th April. Now in the morning of the 8th received another sms that the request is still in process. But why because I don't know what they are investigating so long I want my money and I didn't pay my other things they bounced because of them.
