Disappointed customer

Im so disappointed with Standard Bank. I just got a home loan from them and when i called to confirm the monthly installment i was told a different amount to what i had on my contract. When trying to find out what the difference was i was told it some assurance life cover that they just decided to give me without any consultation with me. Now even cancelling the cover is such a drag when i wasn't even aware or consulted about the cover to begin with.

Standard bank please stop trying to con people out of their hard earned money before we move our business elsewhere.
