Disappointed Client

I had opened a loan on Tuesday and it was approved and signed for i followed up on Thursday and wasbtold the funds would be released on Thursday but nothing came in i called on Friday morning and was told the same thing and that an email would be sent to release the funds but still nothing i called again on Friday at around 14:45 pm and i spoke to a lady who said she would check and find out what is going on andbthat she will call me after 30 mins. I had explained that the funds are an emergency as my mom is in hospital and if they had issues they could have told me and i would have app**** else where now i am stuck as i was supposed to go home yesterday.

I have been with this bank for years so i don't understand what is happening
