Disappointed client

Today was my worst experience with the bank i deposited money into my elite account and somehow went in to the revolving credit account by mistake i then called the customer service and was told they do not do reversals i should go to the branch i went to the branch and waited 2 hours only to be told that they do not do reversals i need to call i did call again at the branch then was transferred to the transaction department and was told the branch should do it and tgen the teller lady said it will take 5 days which i required the cash back asap as it was for an emergency. We then called again from the branch and eas told they cannot reverse it must wait for 5 days. Aftet so many years at this bank and the service was terrible i have never missed any payments on any of the accounts i have with them but i eas told that and now i am stuck. The reference i was given was *** i cannot wait any longer Kindly assist with rhis urgently as i waisted time at the bank for over 2 hours with no assistance. This 2500 that was deposited by mistake is urgent and i need it reversed asap.
