Disappointed client

I am very disappointed all my money from my account double payment for all my purchase I did from the 9/5/2022 call their call centre yesterday and was told they will fix it today more money gone I am owing the bank now -236 and being charged an honouring fee for their mess I have no transport money and they still not fixing it
