Disappointed by bad service

<p>I bought a car 2010 and standard bank finance me. Since 2010 signed contract that it must debt money on the 15 of every month, they have been doing that and I never skip one month not paying the installments. On November 2016 they deducted the on the 15 and again on the 2 of December my surprise I never make arrangement with them for the 2 December. Now I am getting a call that I am on arrears mind you I am left with last installment to finish the payment, where I am going to get the money on the second when I get paid on the 15 of every month. So they want me to be bad customer who doesn't pay..I am very disappointed with this and they will want me to pay interest of something I never agree on it. Over 5 years they we're getting their money on time. I dont get paid twice on the money, it should be a happy moment of me that I am done with the installment and I now I have to call them for arrangements to pay why debt on the 2 December not 15 December.
