Disappointed
Disappointed! This bank treats me like I am some sort of *****. The pandemic has caused immense *******ion for many, financial situations have not been the same since Covid hit this country. Where is the empathy? I hate this the way this bank has been treating customers and cannot wait to move over to another bank.
