Disappointed!!!

I'm highly disappointed with Standard Bank Kirkwood branch, today my mom went to change her cheque and she was told the bank is closed. The time was 10:45 and the bank usually closes at 11 which still beats me as to why they would close so early when they have a pile of customers who are mostly free on Saturdays! The lady went out for a smoke and closed the door on my mom's face telling her the bank is closed and she had to come back without having changed the cheque. This is very disappointing and disgusting!!!
