Disappointed

Good day on May i was contacted by another Woman from standard bank regarding my home loan advising me that im on arrears and due to that they will add my monthly installment to R5800 and they will add more month meaning ill be on 0 arrears which a agreed and they did debit for two months .around towards end on August we had an incident where 3 guys came to my house ..held us hostage demanding money ..taking my tv,sound,computer and my son s phone and due to the fact that i didn’t have money another guy ask which bank am i using and i said capitec and they demanded for my pin and reversed R5k from toyota,cellc and standard bank R5800 and i couldn't fight nor do anything cause my kidz and my safety .and Monday i had to report the matter to standard bank explaining to them what happened .and the guy who assisted me told me that im behind by R21k and i must pay it by 3 months and i told that guy that i won’t have that kind of money as im a single parent and also had to do arrangements with toyota and cellc as well .and i ask the guy if it’s possible to make 6 months he said okay .but when i do my calculations after seeing my commission it was less and i couldn’t afford the extra R3500 from the R5800 and i also explained the guy that how come they say im on arrears of R21k while a lady called me increasing my installment and i never gotten an answer .a week passed a received another email saying that now i must pay R8300 monthly and when i send the guy from standard bank he never entertain the R8300 he insisted on the 9400 which is too much .also did wrote an email telling them that standard bank this month they never debited or its because they went late ad find that thrs no enough funds but if they can bear with me and take extra R1000 from the R5800 until i finish my car next then will go back to the arranged month ..i didn’t get any feedback ...today it is the 02/10 and the R7k still in my account without debited ...and now I’m scared what if i will lose my house which i stayed for 5 yrs or what and also i have 3 kidz if they chase me away where will we go .and i don’t know the arrears if it includes the covid relief funds i don’t know ...cause with the covid relief fund i was told that they will add the months from my 20yrs .please help i don’t want to lose my house .
