Disappointed

very disappointed in Standard Bank as a Whole in term of servicing customers....My first bank card was from you ...My Grandmother had all her banking done by you. And I looked forward to do the same moving forward..a lot of my friends complained that when they turn Standard Bank the Bank they are loyal to. They are being disappointed and have to turn to other alternative so for help.. I understand this is not in most instances. However I found myself in that same trap..... when I needed Standard Bank the Most they were not there for me and that is sad.
